Dear Greg and Anthony,
I don't know where to begin to thank you for the most wonderful experience with one of the most painful things I have ever had to do.
Greg, your patience and professionalism with my endless questions and concerns and ultimate support in the very last stages a few weeks ago will remain with me forever warm in my heart.
Anthony, your unwavering acceptance of every major and minor change in how we wanted to honor our parents through the headstone without ever flinching or making me feel like an annoyance is so deeply appreciated and too will remain as a warm memory in my heart.
To the two of you along with the entire Wellwood Family let me share this.
In my religion our parents remain living through their soul and through the legacy of their influence of lessons taught and behaviors instilled on their children. The more we behave like them and carry on the good things they did, is the highest honor I as a daughter can bestow on them.
I never knew your father. But I know for sure who he was, what he valued, the lessons he taught and what he believed in deeply, simply by walking into your showroom and interacting with everyone there. I know this by meeting the two of you. What he built, what he taught you is a kindness to every grieving family. What he built is a place of trust where families can rely on, from beginning to end, that their loved one's memory will be honored with respect and honest good work. What a legacy he left for you and what an incredible honor you do for him.
I wish the "Wellwood Family" only the best, with generations to continue on with the legacy of lessons and actions left for you by your father.
Thank you for the two most beautiful headstones for our parents, and for every conversation and support you provided.
Feel free to print this and post anywhere that people can see how wonderful working with you has been.
Warmly,
- Marian Sherron
